Refund policy

 

Any purchases made through ZAHAR must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

All products marked down and tagged as "SALE" in the description have a strict no returns policy unless faulty. These items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at info@zahar.com.au. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and advise how to proceed.

All customer returns are at the customer's expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the ZAHAR  box provided.
