TRACKING ORDERS

All customers will be notified of their tracking number via email.

RETURNS

Any purchases made through Zahar must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at info@zahar.com.au. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorize your return and advise how to proceed.

All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Zahar box provided.

PRODUCT CARE

We recommend keeping your jewellery dry and in a cool place at all times and by storing your jewellery in the Zahar box or pouch provided.

Avoid contact with perfumes, moisture, sweat, body products, salt water and chlorine as these can tarnish and damage your jewellery.

For gold or rose gold plated jewellery, extra care needs to be taken as wear and tear may cause the plating to rub off.

WARRANTY

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Zahar jewellery purchases come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a replacement or refund, at our digression, once the item has been assessed by a member of the Zahar team.

FAULTY ITEMS

All orders go through a quality control process, however, from time to time there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 30 days.  To notify us of the fault, please contact us at info@bianc.com.au.

GIFT CARDS

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a ZAHAR E-Gift Card.

E-Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

The cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

PAYMENT

Payment for Zahar online purchases can be made via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Afterpay. Once payment has been processed you will receive an email notification with your order confirmation.

AFTERPAY

Zahar offers Afterpay as a flexible payment option.

Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you. We will dispatch your product immediately after we receive your order online.
