Zahar jewellery purchases come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a replacement or refund, at our digression, once the item has been assessed by a member of the Zahar team.


All orders go through a quality control process, however, from time to time there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 30 days.  To notify us of the fault, please contact us at info@zahar.com.au.
