Free express shipping on all orders via Australia Post Express services (1-2 days).
All orders sent via EMS Express post with a flat fee of $15 (3-5 days)
All customers will be notified of their tracking number via email.
Any purchases made through Zahar must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorize your return and advise how to proceed.
All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Zahar box provided.
